Scaling Up through Rebranding and Product Enhancement
Proposed renewal of store logo and design, as well as new product planning.


Issues in branding and product planning were identified, along with initial optimization and SEO measures and an analysis of the current situation.
Over six months, a rebranding was carried out, including a redesign of the website and updates to product pages.

The company handled both private brand (PB) and national brand (NB) sales. Initially, repeat purchases of PB products were strong, but NB sales struggled to grow due to wholesale-related constraints and insufficient promotional measures.
To address this, initial measures focused on expanding awareness through basket images and revising product pages. Campaigns unique to manufacturers, such as novelty promotions, were implemented.
As a result, repeat customer growth after new product launches steadily increased sales.

Expanding Unique Content of the Official Shop
Optimized SEO and product information to strengthen customer acquisition and engagement.
 
Although it was the official shop of a well-known brand, sales had stagnated due to a focus on wholesale and lack of e-commerce know-how.
Optimization of product pages was implemented, which increased sessions through enriched content and improved SEO.
At the same time, content unique to an official shop was enhanced: trust-building service information, customer reviews, special offers, and related content.
This boosted conversions and expanded sales.
Within 1.5 years, the company achieved No.1 in category share, and sales continue to grow today.

Shifting to Product Development Beyond Outlet Dependence
Focused on rebranding the store and strengthening sales promotion

Since outlet products accounted for the majority of sales, rebranding was carried out with a direct manufacturer-operated store. In addition to implementing basic measures such as basket images and SEO within the mall, new seasonal product planning, development, photography, and product page creation were conducted.
After renewing the store and actively promoting new products, sales steadily expanded, achieving approximately 200% year-on-year growth in the second year’s peak season.
