Proposed renewal of store logo and design, as well as new product planning.
Issues in branding and product planning were identified, along with initial optimization and SEO measures and an analysis of the current situation.

Focused on rebranding the store and strengthening sales promotion
Since outlet products accounted for the majority of sales, rebranding was carried out with a direct manufacturer-operated store.
